- Grind the almonds with the pumpkin seeds in the food processor until they become powder.
- Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well until they become a uniform mixture.
- Put the mixture in the fridge for 15 minutes.
- Form balls of approximately 26g each.
- At the end, sprinkle with ground pistachios.
