- 2 cup oat flakes
- 1/2 cup pecans
- 1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
- 1/2 cup almond flakes
- 1/3 cup coconut flakes
- 2/3 cup blackberry jam 0% sugar
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 Tbsp hot water
- cinnamon
Homemade Crunchy Granola

Method:
Ferrero Rocher Balls
- Place the rolled oats, pecans, pumpkin seeds, almond flakes and cinnamon in a large bowl
- In a small bowl mix the honey, olive oil and warm water and pour it over the bowl with the solids and mix well
- Put a non-stick paper on a tray and pour the mixture
- Place the pan in a preheated oven and bake at 150 degrees for 45-50 minutes
- Stir every 15 minutes and in the last 15 minutes add the coconut flakes and the blackberries
- Remove from the oven and store in airtight containers
