- Dates without pits 160g
- Roasted unsalted almonds 50g
- Pumpkin seeds 50g
- Quinoa seeds 20g
- Dried cranberries 30g
- Dried Blueberries 30g
- Cocoa 22g
- Peanut butter 56g
- ½ tsp ground ginger
- ½ tsp ground cinnamon
Topping
- Ground pistachios for topping (optional)
Protein Balls

Method:
- Grind the almonds with the pumpkin seeds in the food processor until they become powder.
- Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well until they become a uniform mixture.
- Put the mixture in the fridge for 15 minutes.
- Form balls of approximately 26g each.
- At the end, sprinkle with ground pistachios.
