Cookie
- 130 gr. oat flour
- 100 gr. rolled oats
- 4 gr. baking powder
- ¼ tsp salt
- 80 gr. sugar
- 38 gr. chopped pistachio
- 10 gr. vanilla extract
- 90 gr. melted butter unsalted
- 45 gr. milk
Ganache
- 300 gr. fresh cream
- 330 gr. white chocolate
- 30 gr. pistachio butter
Oat Pistachio Cookie

Method:
Ferrero Rocher Balls
- In a bowl mix all the dry ingredients to blend
- Mix in all the wet ingredients to resemble a smooth soft dough
- Shape to 65 gr cookie balls arrange in a baking pan and flatten with the bottom of a drinking glass
- Bake for ONLY 12 minutes 180°C
- Let cool completely
White chocolate Pistachio Ganache
- In small pot bring to boil over medium heat the cream
- Pour it over the chocolate let sit for 1 minute
- Blend in the pistachio butter and homogenize the cream with a hand blender
- Cover and let set in the fridge for 4 hours
- After is set place it in a piping back with a French-style tip
- Add a dash of the ganache on your favorite plate, and place it on an oat pistachio cookie
- Pipe generously the white chocolate pistachio ganache
- Arrange fresh slice strawberries around the cream and place a whole strawberry on top
- Sprinkle over some ground pistachio.
